For questions about privacy or personal data, you can contact us via:
E-mail: info@uitjezoeker.nl
2. What personal data do we process?
Depending on how you use the website, we may process the following data:

7. Cookies
DailyOuting.com uses only functional cookies that are necessary for the website to function.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking cookies or marketing cookies.
7a. Location data ("Search nearby")
The search function optionally lets you click "Search nearby". Your browser will then ask for your consent to share your precise location (GPS coordinates).
This location data is used to sort that one search by distance. We also store a strongly rounded version of the location (accurate to approximately 1 kilometer, so not your exact address) together with the time — solely to keep anonymous, aggregated statistics about which regions our search function is used from. This rounded location is never linked to your account, IP address, or other personal data, and cannot be traced back to you. This never happens without your explicit consent via the browser.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have, among others, the following rights:
- Right to access
- Right to correction
- Right to erasure
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability, where applicable
- Right to withdraw given consent
9. Filing a complaint
If you believe we are not handling your personal data carefully, you can contact us.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens):
https://www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
10. Changes
We may update this privacy policy when legislation or our services change. The most current version is always published on this page.
